Introduction
We built these UVC lights for one purpose: to kill germs on shoes, fast. Think about it—you need serious sterilizing power, but in a tight space. So we designed these to blast microorganisms with a concentrated dose of short-wave ultraviolet light. No messy chemicals. Just clean, hard-hitting disinfection.
The Power Behind the Light
Here’s what makes it work. The heart of the system is a 400V, 2500W UVC lamp, with a 300mm active length. That kind of power is what gives you the intense light needed to get the job done in a small chamber. And that 400V rating? It keeps the light steady and reliable, even when it’s switching on and off all day long in a busy spot. The 300mm length is just right, too. It fits neatly into a standard shoe cabinet, but still gives you full coverage from the sole all the way to the upper.
Built to Last
These things are tough. The body is made from high-purity quartz glass, chosen specifically because it lets the UVC light pass through easily. We also added a special coating that shields the quartz from the intense heat, so the lamp doesn’t burn out on you. And that R7s base? It gives a solid, two-point connection that handles the high current without getting hot or sparking. This isn’t some delicate piece of equipment. It’s built to hold its own on a busy factory floor, day after day.
What It Feels Like to Use
In a shoe disinfection setup, this is a straight-up, drop-in replacement for what you’re already using. You get that intense sterilizing power, which is exactly what you need. But with that kind of wattage, you do need to keep things cool. The bottom line is simple: you get lightning-fast, effective sterilization. Just make sure your machine’s cooling system is up to the task of handling the extra heat.
