We tweak the electrode positions and the gas fill so the UV light hits every inch of the width evenly. Dealing with the Heat
Here is the thing: high-wattage lamps get hot. Really hot. You can’t just shove more power into a tube and hope for the best. That’s a recipe for disaster. We use specific quartz glass to get the most UV-A or UV-C output possible while keeping the thermal load under control. Depending on your setup, we’ll build in forced-air cooling or liquid-cooled heat sinks. If your cooling isn’t built for a 1kW+ module, your lamp life will tank or your reflectors will warp.
